The City of Twin Valley welcomes new residents and businesses to Twin Valley by offering the following incentives:
HEROLD'S COURT LOT INCENTIVE
Purchase one (1) lot in Herold's court for $1,750.00 and get the adjoining lot for free.
- Lot must be purchased for residential use only.
- New homes, whether constructed or manufactured, must comply with all subdivision covenants and all land use and zoning ordinance requirements.
NEW CONSTRUCTION (Residential and Commercial)
Any new home or business built within City Limits will qualify for the following:
- Six (6) months free water, sewer, and garbage utilities
- Waived connection fee to the water system ($900.00)
- Waived connection fee to the sewer system ($725.00) - where applicable
(New owners will still be responsible for installation costs for the landowner's service lines from the main to the building)
RESIDENTIAL--PURCHASE OF EXISTING HOME
A person is eligible to receive the following incentive once. Multiple moves within City Limits will not qualify for this incentive.
Homes purchased in city limits and used as a primary residence will qualify for three (3) months free water, sewer, and garbage utilities.
