The Twin Valley City Council has approved a rate increase for utility billings to begin January 1, 2024. This will effect only the current WASTEWATER charges on residents utility billings. Current rate is $26.50 per month, the proposed increase will be $13.00 per month for a flat rate of $39.50.
Rate increases are necessary to continue operating and maintaining City infrastructure.
